Lead - Corporate Account Management & Growth Key Responsibilities: - Create, Build and Own the growth charter for corporate and 3P clients for cult.fit across business lines. - Manage a team of hustlers and account manager to grow the business. - Will be responsible to work day in day out with client wellness & HR teams to improve employees overall 360 degree wellbeing and fitness. - Create solutions from scratch that are need for growth, adoption, usage of services along with a keen aptitude for business retention. - Deep knowledge on reporting, accounting, collections & analytical outputs for the complete function - If needed help with entire corporate sales life cycle including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, offering, negotiating, contract closures and renewals. - Work in depth with internal stakeholders to streamline initiatives ; Tech, Legal, Finance & Category. - Work closely with support function to resolve any client issues Desired Background: - 5+ years of Experience of account management for internet based / fitness / content & products companies is a must. - Should have experience of team management and worked in managerial capacity is last function. - Should have good understanding of sales & account management from a client side dynamics. - Understanding of content, fitness & technology business would be preferable. - Should we very open to hustle innovative solutions and have a keen eye for end results. - Proficiency in excel, sql, data management and presentations.
