Content Team at Cure.fit Primary goal for the Content Team at Cure.fit is to build Content-as-a-Product for Cure.fit users. While there is a lot of health content available on the internet, the quality, utility and accuracy of the content varies greatly. There is also no single place where users can find almost all the relevant health content - be it about fitness or nutrition or mindfulness or preventive/curative care. Content-as-a-Product will provide factual, authoritative, succinct and clear information in a friendly voice on top-of-mind health topics across all key verticals. Our vision is to be the go-to destination for Health Content in a video-first fashion. We will measure the performance of the Product in terms of content coverage, depth/quality, engagement and organic visits. About the Role As a Content Operations Lead, you will be responsible for building a Content Production Machinery and Operation to produce high-quality content at scale. You will work with other members of the Content Team to design and define content templates and guidelines. You will identify, establish, and manage partnerships with either internal or external production units and own the end-to-end content production from scripting to filming to editing and post-production. You will also own the key metrics around the operations such as quality index, on-time production schedule and production costs. Requirements for the Role - Demonstrated experience in leading operations teams through high impact and successful projects preferably in content, catalogue, e-commerce domains - Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Familiarity with Video/Content production - Ability to define KPIs for operational excellence and design processes to achieve high levels of reliability and quality - Ability to source and manage external vendors/partners for content production and managing product quality and schedule - Ability to handle ambiguity and changes in design/plan with minimal impact on quality and cost - Customer obsession and strong eye towards managing quality and minimizing defects - MBA from a top-tier college is a plus
