Job Description : - Managing 140 + Retail Super Market Stores and 12 Hyper Market Stores with Hardware & Software Support - Managing 7 Warehouse, 4 Collection Center, 2 Regional Office IT Support - Managing 13 Members Support Team ( Team leader ,Helpdesk engineers and FE's) - SAP implementation at the Warehouse and End user Support - Planning and Implementation of IT Projects - Defining the Functional and Technical Requirement for the business - Analyze the requirements of the business and Procurement planning - Creation and implementation of the SOP's - Provided workaround/alternatives to users in their ways of working without having to modify systems - Managing resource allocations and setting up of communication channels across the various horizons of the organization structure. - Imparting training to all end users on their respective modules - Establishment of good network for all locations to access ERP application - Follow up of Issue Tickets with respective users and proper closure after user testing - Involved on documents preparation - Thorough knowledge of operating systems, performing operational system upgrades, and installing updated applications. - Formulated and managed IT budgets and resource allocations - Setting up of infrastructure for new locations ( Stores & Warehouses) - Provide full time support for the POS (application & hardware) to keep the store uptime. - Manage highly available Microsoft infrastructure including Mails ETC - Responsible to manage servers, users and WAN locations. - Proactively perform operational management of the data centers and computing environments. - Responsible to negotiate and manage SLA and vendor contracts. - Oversee and prioritize associated day-to-day operational activities, tactical projects and strategic initiatives. - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards across the systems and network teams. - Develop and implement IT Business continuity and disaster recovery plan. - Coordinate the analysis and troubleshooting of performance and availability of all systems and networks across the enterprise. - Facilitate cross-team collaboration across technical disciplines as well as across business units - Windows Server Maintenance, Clients Desktop and Laptop Support, Maintenance of -Hardware devices. - OS Support for Windows 2003, 2008 ,2013 Servers , Win XP Vista, Windows 7, 8, Win 10and patch management. - Knowledge of DNS, AD and User Management in AD environment. - DHCP configuration & client connectivity management. - Networking Management (LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Network Configuration) - Setting up and managing the Symantec Antivirus Server. & deploying the Symantec antivirus client to the desktops and laptops. - Close the POS related calls on priority to enable the business run smoothly. - New store opening activities on time & Setting up IT infrastructure at stores - Coordination with the software and hardware vendors. - Procurement of all IT related equipment's. (Price negotiation, AMC) - Asset management of all IT equipment's. - Database management at stores and warehouse. & Scheduled Backup of database server at stores and warehouse. - Responsible For Day to day monitoring and update of sales and inventory to the server (SOD & EOD)
