Division - Event Operations / Internal Communications

Key Result areas includes, but not limited to:

The role manages a portfolio of internal communications, branding & events under the supervision of various stakeholders of the company. Although located in Bangalore, the role has a regional span across India (This might include some travelling)

- Work along with the Creative team & content manager to generate content & come up with scalable mailer templates - To send periodic mailers for the employees

- Help manage billing, budgets, implementation & track execution of the work

- The ability to take ownership & effectively work under pressure and adjust with the last minute requirements of all stakeholders in the company

- Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile environment

Basic Skills / Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 month-3 years of experience working at a Corporate set-up or relevant experience for working in a corporate engagement, events, marketing & program management

- Experience in managing vendors

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Proficient & comfortable in Public speaking skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must

- Working knowledge of Creative softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus

Main Role:

To help with all employee engagement activities, other office level events, which is not limited to events like - Sport days, Monthly meetings, other smaller scale events etc. Also having knowledge about Marketing events (ATL / BTL) is a plus.

Tenure - 6 Months and basis performance we can extend the contract.
