Your responsibilities will include : - Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan - Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts - Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors - Capital allocation strategy between businesses at a group level - Delivery of competitor analysis, acquisition opportunities, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team - Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance - Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results - Prepare for Fund Raising projects and board meetings with the senior management and corp-dev team - Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives - Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions - Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations - Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability - Managing a team of Financial and Business Analysts Key Requirements : - You have strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance. - You have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen. - You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Minimum 10+ years of experience and preferably from IIM
