Duties and responsibilities : - Lead the share service center and ensure operational excellence in transaction processing - Ensure Timeliness and Accuracy in transaction processing . Should be capable of guaranteeing the SLAs to relevant stakeholders - Ensuring the transactions reflected in the books are thoroughly verified and accounting has been done considering the provisions of relevant tax laws. - Provide transparency and status of invoices to internal and external stakeholders - Conduct vendor reconciliations and obtain sign off's on closing balances. - Managing and handling vendor communications effectively - Timely preparation of MIS and timely reporting of the same for management review. - Supervise and manage the team of regional spocs. - Provide Inputs for tax team for tax payments and filling of statutory returns. - Manage escalations for vendor payments. - Prepare Bank reconciliation statements for all Cure Fit entities and share the same with Corporate team for review. - Liaison with other teams within and outside the function for effectively executing the AP Lead function Skills &amp; Qualification Requirement : - Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience. - Prefer experience in large retail setup and who have previously lead vendor payable functions.
