Cure.Fit is looking for a candidate to lead Customer Retention & CRM marketing for their food vertical - Eat.Fit. The candidate should have experience in leading retention marketing in an internet commerce company and should be well-versed with different aspects of CRM marketing - including the related tools and technology. He / She will be responsible for defining and delivering on the long-term customer retention and CRM charter for Eat.fit. Responsibilities End to end ownership of customer retention for Eat.fit - Planning to define customer retention goals at various intervals (daily/monthly/quarterly etc.) and dimensions (cohorts / geographies etc.) - Drive ideation and experimentation for improvement in customer retention across all levers like offers, selection, product features, communications etc. by working with relevant stakeholders - Work closely with Eat.Fit business team for day-to-day problem solving and revenue achievement for repeat customer cohort - Work closely with Technology and Product team to identify and drive product features for driving higher customer retention End to end ownership of CRM marketing for Eat.fit - Define and develop the CRM marketing roadmap, approach, and play-book (segmentations, journeys, triggers etc.) for Eat.fit - Drive the technology led innovations and efficiency improvement for the CRM channel by working closely with Product and Engineering team - Campaign planning to drive traffic targets at various intervals (daily/weekly/monthly etc.) and various dimensions (segments, geographies etc.) - Drive the execution of campaigns by working with the creative team and CRM marketing ops team - Shape the analytics infra related to retention and CRM by working closely with CRM vendor and internal BI teams
