The Operations function at Cult.Fit is responsible for customer experience, driving best-in-class NPS, in-center sales, process design, product solutioning and handling the P&L for the city. Responsibilities - Defining the strategy and executing it in on the ground for one of our high potential & core focus markets. This would involve: - Leading and managing a team of cluster and centre managers to offer the best customer experience across all cult and mind centres in the city - Owning and leading end to end city business and P&L - Effective stakeholder management by owning full stack of roles from expansion, product experience, localized marketing and customer experience - Defining, prioritizing and executing sustainable solutions for growth in center utilisation and sustainable growth through optimal free cash flow - Recruit top talent in industry for the city centre management team - Setting the vision and direction of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals to ensure a healthy and efficient work environment - Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence - Performing ad-hoc analysis and reports based on business needs Desired Skills: - An aptitude for structured problem solving using quality management tools like RCA, CAPA, LEAN and Six Sigma - Decision making and business acumen using data and analytics - Work experience of 3+ years in Operations with hands-on exposure in handling a large and distributed team, preferably in E-Commerce/Fleet Management/ Retail - Proven track record of achieving targets - including planning, team management and execution of plans to achieve the desired business goals - Should possess a strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and get stuff done - Has good business judgment, strong prioritization skills, an unwavering focus, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment - BE/ Btech from premier Engg Colleges.
