1. 3+ years- experience in customer behaviour analytics, data modelling, segmentation etc. 2. Must have 3+ years hands-on experience of SQL 3. Strong business understanding, problem solving skills, and ability to create an end-to-end structure of analysis 4. Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance 5. Ability to analyse, model and interpret data; ability to communicate the results of analyses in clear and effective manner 6. Must have done A/B experiments.; Good understanding of statistical analysis 7. Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication 8.
