About the job : We at Curate Data Analytics (A Startup in Business Analytics & Strategy space) are on a look out for a dynamic leader to be part of our Customer Success Team. The incumbent is required to have a good understanding of business or sales analytics in FMCG companies. A past record of managing customer success teams and delivering successful outcomes of implementing sales force automation (SFA), Distributor management system (DMS) or any analytics tool is recommended. Responsibilities : 1. Connect with FMCG (MNCs & Startup) companies to setup analytics function as a service. 2. Understand the requirement of FMCG companies for moving from insight to action 3. Collaborate with the internal data scientist team to get the implementation of Predictive analytics BI tools. Qualifications : 1. Engineering degree in computer science or data science or equivalent. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory 2. Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills 3. Minimum 2+ years- experience in handling customer success team in the companies which involved in implementing SFA/DMS/BI Products in FMCG companies
