Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients within the market to expand the company's customer base.

- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.

- Revenue Generation: Oversee the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.

- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product or service offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients.

- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.

- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and expectations.

- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure and close deals.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized and active sales pipeline, consistently updating CRM tools with client information and progress.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven track record in( Middle East Region) (SaaS Sales Only)

- Strong understanding of the market and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license, if required.
