We are looking for a talented CoS & Growth leader to join our team specializing in strategy and growth for distribution Business. This role is based out of our Pune Office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- The Chief of Staff & Growth Leader will support and lead strategic planning processes across DBU-NRP- AMO segment

- You will work closely with functional leaders to understand business and its challenges and provide new thinking and options for the development, design, and implementation of strategic growth initiatives

- This individual will be responsible for determining and prioritizing business strategies to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.

- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with the VP of DBU & NRP and executives on special projects.

- Ideate, plan, and oversee the implementation of new ideas and business-critical projects.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- We are looking for a leader who has a strong background in driving and executing business strategies, preferably MBA from leading institutes with meritorious educational background.

- Someone with a strategic mindset and has driven growth initiatives

- Detail orientation and structured approach combined with an ability to prioritize work; highly organized and proactive.

- Effective and efficient problem solving and analytical skills

- Growth/Nimble mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

Compensation and Benefits :
