As an SDR Manager, your role will be to:

- reach out to senior HRs and leaders at some of the world's most innovative companies to discuss their priorities and;

- to lead your team on best practices and overachieving results

Your time at CultureMonkey:

1. Identify, research and prospect target accounts while forming strong alliance and collaboration between marketing and sales

2. Train other members of the team, to create qualified opportunities

3. Capture, prospect, nurture and qualify outbound leads

4. Run omnichannel lead nurturing and qualification cadences, including cold calling

5. Develop and implement outbound prospecting strategies to generate leads and fill the sales pipeline

6. Establish and optimize outbound prospecting processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

7. Manage your tasks, leads and all data capture within Hubspot, Outreach and Apollo.

8. Set the KPI's and regularly report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

You will bring:

- 5-7 years experience in SaaS SDR/BDR roles

- Experience in cold calling, cold emails & engaging with global based audience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated passion and success for SaaS selling in international markets

- Resiliency is a must: able to handle hard no's and keep dialing! Support the team on the same

- Experience of working with US market is a must

- Winning attitude at SaaS start-up

- Proven track record of building and managing successful outbound sales development teams , driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets.

- Stay current on emerging technologies within the SaaS sales landscape

- Result- driven, tenacious and a strong team player

- You are efficiency-oriented. Solving one bottleneck definitely creates another one

- You have a bias for action

- You work hard, and party harder
