Responsibilities:
- Making company an employer of choice for women and specially-abled employees in the field
- The role works in close collaboration with HR, Training and Operations teams. of both company! and Franchise and would require travelling to restaurants across the country.

- Defining and implementing processes and systems that will support the creation of a strong heart led performance culture that focuses both on demonstrating the right behaviors as well as performance on the job.
- Support and advise teams in the implementation of the right practices.
D E & I:
- Build a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture to support & understand the needs and challenges being faced by employees.
- Partner with institutes to hire and develop women leadership.
- Identify platforms to highlight what company is doing on D E & I.
- Benchmark with the market leaders in D E & I & adopt best practices as well as inspire franchises to adopt them
