Role Context:
- To increase the business by driving in center sales by developing and coaching team, setting up regular cadences on business reviews & monitoring metrics closely
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and achieving center wise revenue & conversion targets , planning / executing initiatives enabling the same.
- Planning and monitoring manager wise performance, targets & train/guide team to achieve the same
- Relationship building with key stakeholders in product, marketing team to ensure right inputs go to business
- Ensuring regular market visits to provide ground level insights on what's working & not working at a micro market & center level
- Conduct regular reviews with the team and assist the team in strategizing and achieving the targets set for the individuals, regions, and zones
- Ensure that the business strategies are implemented in a way that meets the Company's short- and long-term business goals
- Responsible for Motivating and Man Management of Sales force to maximize their performance and productivity.
Person Specifications:
- Full Time Postgraduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience into sales & team management
- Experience across India in multiple geographies would be a plus
- Very strong communication skills- both written and verbal and must be a good orator
- Hands on experience working on Microsoft Office- Including Excel, PPT & Word
