CULT Sport - eCommerce Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/ data warehouse

- Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics.

- Root cause analysis for unhealthy trends, unexpected metrics, etc.

- Opportunity cost analysis for upcoming projects.

- Working closely with the business/product teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Building and maintaining frameworks for critical business metrics/reports and data quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute

- 2+ Years of experience in a relevant role

Must have:

- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and Python.

- Good to have: Understanding of distributed technologies like Presto or Hive or Redshift experience in data modeling and data warehouse concepts.

- Ability to break down problems into components that can be collaboratively solved.

- Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
