Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee and support our Inside sales Team by monitoring metrics and collaborate with various professionals to meet the given targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle Inside Sales Processes both internal and outsourced
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales process
- Report on sales metrics and develop improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
- Innovative measures to effectively meet the targets.
- Derive meaningful data and streamline the process using CRM softwares.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures, ensuring development and revenue growth
Skills Required :
- Proven work experience of 4-5 years in the relevant field.
- Prior experience of running a Sales project and heading an Inside Sales team is a mandate.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- In-depth understanding of the Inside sales process
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment
