We are looking for dynamic candidate who has worked as a Teachers Upskilling Manager
The candidate must have a deep understanding of how social media platforms always work and have an arsenal of hacks up the sleeve
Duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborating with different organisations/firms to run upskilling program for the teachers
- Running internal upskilling programmes to improve teachers quality (Regular class/Demo class delivery)
- Collaborating with internal teams (curriculum and Training) to develop improved curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques.
- Developing new strategies and plans for teachers for improved learning experience
Requirements :
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to interact effectively in a diverse cross-functional team.
- An energetic and willing attitude with a creative outlook.
- Community handling experience is must
- Sales and operations background is preferred
