We are seeking a highly motivated and creative social media manager, who can grow our social channels. What are the key responsibilities? - Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's strategy, and increases user engagement. - Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and tracking metrics - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. - Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. - Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content stays relevant and effective What are the selection criteria? - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. - Knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
