About Cuemath :

We are a young educational-technology start-up that is charting new routes in the domain of mathematics education. Going beyond the traditional focus on mathematical concepts, Cuemath takes a wider approach in introducing students to the real world of mathematics. This includes an immersive development of logical reasoning and an inquiry-based approach tailored towards building mathematical aptitude.

There is a stark difference in the mathematics that is typically taught in schools and the real world mathematics which is often described as the most beautiful language we know. Cuemath's mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.

Job Description :

This is an exciting opportunity for a PR. The ideal candidate will have spread the information between our organization and the public tactfully. You must be able to plan, implement and build a strategy and brand perception through publicity report and activities. Having a cordial relationship with local media and community officials is a plus.

What you will do :

- Plan and implement PR strategy for Cuemath.

- Build the brand perception through PR activities.

- Partner with the Marketing senior management leaders to develop and execute the brand's media relations plan to promote brand awareness, enhance visibility, and to position the organization as an industry leader.

- Collaborate with the PR agency to develop strategies, write press releases, and to ensure alignment with the organization/brand's strategic direction, goals, and objectives.

- Develop and maintain crisis management strategies.

- Identify the most influential media outlets and public relations' opportunities to increase brand awareness and enhance visibility.

- Maintain monthly publicity report.

- Organize media appearances promoting the Cuemath's events and general interests in both local and regional markets.

- Develop and maintain personal contacts with local media, outer market media, community officials and local associations.

- Write and distribute targeted media press releases for Cuemath, services and promotions, as well as other topics which are newsworthy and have potential for a positive impact on Cuemath.

- Be topical and see how this topicality can be leveraged on various media platforms we operate on.

- Manage the social handles for key spokesperson of Cuemath.

What you need :

- 3-4 years + exp in PR.

- Ability to identify the most influential media outlets and public relations' opportunities.

- Prior media appearances promoting a show or an event.

- Positive contact with local and market media.

- Positive image on all social media platforms.

Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA
