We are specifically looking for a top-notch content creator, writer & editor, who is nit-picky about style rules, offended by bad grammar, and applies creativity as needed to make a lousy piece of writing better.
You will be required to regularly collaborate with internal teams to develop new creative content and optimise existing content for social metrics. One also needs to be audience-obsessed about content. Test & optimise: Brainstorm new hypotheses across campaigns, develop proposition routes, write and edit copy, apply lessons.

Detailed Job Description
Content Strategy + Execution
- Ideating and strategising content for all marketing communications; Website, Product, Brochures, Emails, Pamphlets, SMS, Whatsapp
- Campaign strategy and communication for periodic and tactical events, which could be held monthly. quarterly or yearly
- Content generation to be done for both India and International markets, primarily focusing on US and UK, followed by ROW for the Sales and Marketing Team.
ATL & Videos - Strategy + Execution
- Be involved in the ATL strategy from conception to final delivery
- Ensuring all content produced is in sync with the global brand guidelines, poised to deliver world-class output
- Consistently ideate and create a pipeline of videos that will positively impact performance marketing and brand awareness
- Liaison with Celebrity Managers and legal teams to ensure expected delivery within a restricted time frame + budget
- Clutter Ad-Testing + Consumer Feedback to be incorporated into what we produce
Vendor Management
- On-boarding of vendors for both Indian and international markets
- Negotiation for the best price and delivery
- Vetting of agreements, ensuring smooth delivery of all content within TAT
- Ensuring every vendor is in sync with the brand strategy
- Constantly keep an eye on the best ones in the market
Market Research
- Keep abreast of competition and its strategies.
- Ensure self, and team members are speaking to consumers week-in, week-out
- Ensure best practices are followed while writing any piece of content
- Constantly improving on the types of questions asked to a consumer
- Indian + International market research for understanding the audiences better
Team Management
- Managing and guiding a young team of content creators daily and pushing the needle on quality and engagement metrics
- Ensuring their KPIs are met, and they consistently deliver world-class content.
Other Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a monthly budget sheet as per spends approved by the management
- Liaising with all internal teams like PR, Product, Website, Affiliates to help them with all their marketing and content needs
- Staying constantly in touch with the Finance and Legal team for agreements and payments for all external vendors
- Setting up of processes for ensuring timely delivery of all requirements
- Maintaining sanity of blogs and blog writers both internally and externally
Team Size: 6
Qualification: Engineer from IIT / BITS / NIT with a strong liking for / background in Math
Experience: 8-10 years, should have handled a team of content guys/marketing communicators.
