Job Description

Come join the creative team of Cuemath dedicated to the growth of the teachers community as a whole along with the organization and society. Deputy Teacher Community Head is a very critical position as it will connect the middle management with the higher management and will be incharge of the teachers community of 10000 teachers growing soon to 20000 along with the internal team of 80-100 teacher managers. Looking for someone with sharp thinking and quick decision making skills along with good people management skills.




Role and responsibilities would include:

- Ensuring teachers success and delight for Pan India

- Lead and manage the teachers success vision at Company from strategic/operational perspective

- Develop best practices and state of the art processes for teachers lifecycle management

- Work effectively with internal stakeholders (Product/Sales/Marketing/Tech/Finance teams) to identify product insights, opportunities for ensuring teachers growth and satisfaction.

- Lead, Develop & Mentor a high performing team and culture of success at company

- Identify market trends, insights and provide thought leadership internally/externally

- Develop and monitor success metrics for organizing & measuring performance

- Ensure resolution of all issues and acts as point of contact for escalations for both internal/external stakeholders as and when needed.
