Cuemath - Campaign Specialist - Affiliate

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Identify and recruit relevant top producing affiliates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and affiliate networks.

- Negotiate multiple payout structures including CPA and CPS

- Work tightly with sales development team to identify top producing offers

- Knowledge and experience in working with affiliate networks like Linkshare, Commission Junction, Pepperjam; specific experience with affiliate marketing strategies strongly preferred

- Effective sales and negotiation skills

- Work with internal teams and external vendors, plan and execute key relationships and ensure the growth and ongoing health of the affiliate program.

- Audit affiliate websites and performance weekly

- Brief banners and landing pages in collaboration with content team

- Willing to take ownership and responsibility for all aspects of a project or campaign

Desired Candidate Profile

- Degree in marketing or mass communication with 1+ year of experience.

- Min 1-3 years of working experience as Marcom or Digital Marketer in any advertising or PR agency, news media, management consulting firm or corporate house

Key Skills:

- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

- Sound knowledge of online and offline advertising, PR and promotional activities

- Experience in Digital Marketing including social media, blogs and other digital marketing tools

- Proficiency in English & Hindi language

- Must be competent with all Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to handle multiple projects independently and as a part of a team

- Effective time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
