About the role:

As AVP/ Director of Sales L&D, you will develop and execute scalable programs for building the skills of the sales team and improving sales force productivity in a measurable way.

This position is a critical link between the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy working cross functionally to support effective upskilling, training and onboarding to ensure performance optimization and scalability of the sales organization. Your goal is to make the Cuemath sales team the best in class sales team across Industries.

Role and responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the L& D strategy and plan for the sales organization. Continuously obsess about improving sales productivity in a measurable way.

- Use performance data and map the sales process with customer's buying process to identify the gaps in knowledge, skills, process or tools to improve the sales force productivity.

- Develop and execute onboarding and training programs for the sales team with a focus on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies.

- Execute the development, delivery and training of the sales playbook. Collaborate with the sales management, sales operations, and marketing to keep the sales playbook updated and relevant to the current market and customer needs.

- Develop and disseminate the learning materials, content, and resources for the sales team to drive performance.

- Develop and deliver development programs for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively

- Utilize and leverage sales technology tools for skilling and knowledge building.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 8+ years of experience in high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development, or equivalent function with significant exposure to global sales teams.

- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training programs including managerial development.

- Significant exposure to inside sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.

- Excellent communication, project management and planning skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization

- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
