Job Details :

- Providing End to end Recruitment Support to different Business Segments - Sales, Business Development

- Perform sourcing to fill open positions

- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

- Organize recruitment drives or such other mass recruitment events

Key Skills Required :

- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

- Zeal to work in a start-up environment

- Good Communication Skills

Experience Required : 1-2 years of experience in the talent acquisition domain
