Job Description :
- Manage the content writing process from idea through completion of high-quality, high-impact deliverables for marketing communications & customer journey
- Regularly collaborate with internal teams to develop new creative content and optimize existing content
- Be a top-notch editor, nitpicky about style rules, offended by bad grammar, and apply creativity as needed to make a bad draft better.
- Be audience-obsessed about content and what is appeals to them
- Test & optimize: Brainstorm new hypotheses across journeys, write copy for testing, apply lessons and best practices
- Develop, maintain and implement content production schedule to achieve marketing objectives
Requirements :
- Understanding of digital marketing and specific experience writing marketing copy for a consistent customer journey.
- Understanding of editorial style guides, and the ability to write copy aligned to brand voice standards.
- Experience working from briefs and translating creative direction and messaging into compelling copy.
- Deep experience in consumer marketing or Journalism or content writing for brands
- 5+ year(s): writing experience, ideally in marketing or sales enablement
