Job Description:
Cuemath is looking to further develop its paid marketing team with a digital marketing expert who can own the overarching search strategy and business. You should have a very clear prior online paid marketing experience and background for different marketing channels, can be the lead day-to-day subject matter expert and know how to stay ahead of industry trends. You're ready to roll up your sleeves, take up projects and see them to completion with minimal supervision.
Experience in Google Adwords and Facebook Ad manager is a must.
Job Scope:
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SQL & Advanced Excel) and AdWords, GDN, SEM, Facebook Ad Manager, etc
- Responsible to execute, strategize and manage all the relevant marketing channels available.
- Provide effective guidance of business plans and forecasts
- Keep up to date with paid search best practices and strategies,
- Perform hands-on bid optimization to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets
- Develop rapport with city team stakeholders and understand city needs/goals, strategy, and success metrics.
- Work in close association with vendors and agencies for getting the best distribution of allocated paid marketing budgets
- Develop A/B test landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences
- Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute by collaborating with different teams
Required Skills:
- Experience in Google Adwords and Facebook Ad manager is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in dedicated paid search engine marketing - agency or client side e-commerce experience preferred
To be numbered savvy and detail oriented
- A thorough understanding of digital marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- An understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, & Advanced Excel)
- An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus
- Experience with bid management tools a plus
Qualification & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of new age marketing channels.
- Minimum of 2 years- experience managing digital marketing
- BE from Tier 1 college, MBA from Tier 1 or 2 college
