As an Assistant Manager - Operations for Cuelinks, you will be closely working with the product, sales and development team. You will be accountable for overall operations and meeting performance targets. Achieving this through exceptional execution and and demonstrating high level of responsibility. Ensuring efficiency in operations and creating processes and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the team. Responsibilities: Campaign Coordination: Assist with creation of campaign pages, Setting up campaigns, ability to understand and work with pixel creation, Postback Integration and S2S integration, planning, merchant - network coordination. &nbsp;Marketing Campaign Support: Daily reporting, completing monthly validations, setting up advertiser accounts, and monitoring of performance of campaigns &nbsp;Marketing Analysis &amp; Research: Understanding campaign and conversion report and assist product team in building products, and in-house panel from a qualitative angle. &nbsp;CRM: Working with our CRM- Zoho, publisher database and planning tools to ensure that our support channel, data is up to date and accurate. &nbsp;New Business: Supporting the sales and business team by approving publishers and reaching out to new businesses, working towards development, taking initiatives including responding to client inquiries, scheduling calls to publishers looking for support, coordinating with networks and merchants directly, attending conferences and sending out mailers. &nbsp;Executive Support: Supporting and managing the operations team in their work day, client relations, reports, presentations, technical and supporting other teams. Skills we we looking for - - 2+ years industry experience in Affiliate Network, Digital Agency, AD Operations - In depth knowledge of Affiliate Marketing - Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task. - Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Strong Excel skills with spreadsheet capability and ability to analyze business reports. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Able to follow though projects to completion. - A desire to learn and work in a team setting. - Good combination of creative and analytical skills. - Good time management - capable of meeting deadlines. - Enthusiasm, drive &amp; determination to succeed. - Knowledge of working on platforms like Hasoffers, CAKE and API integration is a bonus What's In for you? - You will play an important role in our growth story.
