Cub McPaws - Manager - eCommerce

Here's what will come your way :

You will :

- Work on almost everything that is there regarding sales on e-commerce - P&L management, pricing, inventory management, and elements of performance marketing

- Manage a D2C eCommerce website

- Grow revenue on channel partners

- Spend considerable time working with warehousing and buying teams and set up processes

- Work with peers from channel partners

- Manage your function's MIS the not so good parts

- Crazy amount of work

- Fuzzy scope of work

Required Skills/Experience :

- Immense curiosity and willingness to learn

- Interest in solving problems - even the non-glamorous ones

- Ability to create and follow processes

- Good communication and team skills

- Good numerical skills along with MS Excel skills

- Any degree will be good but may not be needed if you have above skills

- Prior experience (1 to 3 years) in eComm/category management is a plus but not mandatory
