CTS Reporting Analyst - Supply Chain

We are looking for CTS Reporting Analyst in Supply Chain Division with one of Leading Global Publishing and Education Industry In Noida

The CTS Reporting Analyst is responsible for generating accurate and on- time CTS reports at various levels of granularity. The role reports to the SC Performance Reporting Manager (Supply Chain - Core & Growth).

Key Performance Areas:

- Manage CTS reporting at various levels of granularity to identify cost improvement opportunities.

- Ensure timeliness of report generation & accuracy of reporting.

- Provide support with queries on data anomalies, identify cost reduction opportunities & conduct adhoc analysis.

Functional Outputs and Associated Activities:

- Manage CTS reporting at various levels of granularity to identify cost improvement opportunities.

- Finalise the format and structure of CTS reports.

- Ensure correct mapping of metrics with data/ systems for accurate reporting

- Identify the correct reporting technology and build/ deploy automation and technology systems to aid data analytics (Excel, SQL etc.)

- Finalise the publishing calendar as per business visibility requirements.

- Enrich the existing reports/ dashboards by incorporating additional aspects related to change in processes, new input variables etc.

- Identify and create new reports on an ongoing basis based on the change in business processes.

Ensure timeliness of report generation & accuracy of reporting:

- Periodic refresh of reports and ensuring timeliness of report generation as per the published calendar.

- Ensure quality of reporting & accuracy of statistics within reports.

Provide support with queries on data anomalies, identify cost reduction opportunities & conduct adhoc analysis:

- Provide support with any queries on possible data anomalies.

- Identify and highlight opportunities for cost reduction.

- Adhoc deep dive analysis and generation of insights to enable leadership to identify root causes and take corrective actions.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in supply chain performance reporting in a publishing or retail environment.

- Bachelors/ Master degree required from Premium College

Desired Experience:

- Familiarity with print publishing business

- Knowledge of supply chain management practices, MIS, financial analysis, advanced analytical and problem solving abilities.

Experience in reporting tools and techniques (SAP, Oracle, Tableau etc.)
