Responsibilities:- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant social media content, including text, images, and videos, to promote our brand and products across various platforms.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and updating our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing, including platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, founder's office and product team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 Years of experience in social media marketing
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Strong creative and writing skills with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing field.
