CtrlS DataCenter - Project Manager

This role will manage a portfolio of engagements and/or multi-phased projects for multiple/ single customers. The project manager in this role is expected to manage highly complex enterprise level programs with multiple phases, interrelated work streams, associated budgets and different stakeholders and manage it holistically. The Project Manager is the single point of contact for the entire program of work.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage overall solution & service delivery for prioritized projects, rollouts, enhancements, and break-fixes.

- Proven experience of successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget, timely communication on projects progress and in scope working in close collaboration with partners and peers located worldwide.

- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a group of senior technical / management teams.

- Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage support (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, management tools, project tracking etc.)

- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment.

- Should be able to influence decision-making and drive project delivery.

- Project lifecycle (planning through closure)

- Budget and timeline adherence

- Risk management - foreseeing and mitigating.

- Customer satisfaction

- Change orders management.

- Schedule and coordinate resources across departments.

- Act as a contact between customers, vendors and VC3 resources

- Track and confirm all hardware and software delivery to customer.

- Plan and monitor implementation activities.

- Prepare weekly status reports for both management and customers.

- Excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to function in a cross-functional team.

- Ability to balance multiple projects, responsibilities, and conflicting priorities.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies

To qualify for the role, you must have :

- 12+ years of experience in core IT Infrastructure Management

- Minimum 5 years of Managed services project management experience

- Experience working in Datacenters background.

- Graduation from reputed institutions

- PMP Certification preferable

- Strong skills in using Project Management Tools like MS Project, MS Visio etc
