Ctrl F - Learning Content Head

- Lead the organization's learning content efforts by Curating and creating engaging and effective learning and development curricula and materials across targeted domains

- Establish guidelines for content curation and supervise team to deliver as per established standards and targets

- Review quality of content created by team, coordinate with SME leads to finalize curriculum and related assessments

- Bring best on class practices on e-learning majors and consult/ coordinate with other firms to drive content collaboration/ partnerships

- Review existing content and platform feedback and modify/ update/ revise content
