POSITION DESCRIPTION : - Provide leadership to the entire technology team. Overall Tech execution in all existing and new projects. - Implementing the vision of - converging creativity, data & technology. - Crafting and executing Tech Strategy. - Lead technology teams in day-to-day operations, provide key expertise, supervise the heads of departments, and set performance goals. - Conduct technical reviews of products or solutions to compare and evaluate their applicability. - Contribute to senior management team, guiding strategic decisions and resource allocation. - Monitor management of all hardware, software, databases and licenses, maintenance, and projections of future needs. - Define technology strategies and ensure that processes meet expectations privacy and security. - Actively contribute in organisation building and people development. - Enable new opportunities and engagements within the domain of Content Management by providing technology support through the pre-sales and sales lifecycle including solution definition, architecture guidance, CMS package selection, and solution estimation. - Mentor and guide development teams through the CMS design and implementation lifecycle in the capacity of a CMS Subject Matter Expert. - Lead and drive the CMS Centre of Excellence within the organization HIRING PROFILE : - Post graduate in engineering/ software/ computer applications/ systems with 14-20 years of progressive experience and expertise in the digital tech space. - Must be a Content Management Technology Specialist with architecture, design and implementation experience across different Web Content Management platforms and packages. - Hands-on experience through the end-to-end engagement lifecycle across multiple web content management projects executed for Indian & global clients in the telecommunications, and financial services business domains. - Hands-on experience with Java / Java EE; PHP (Drupal 8); Site Core; AEM etc platform across multiple engagements, including CMS specific implementations and other applications as well - Must have Led GTM on the following platforms : .NET, PHP, AEM, BackBase, E-Commerce (Magento & Hybris), Custom CMS.
