CTO/Tech Lead - Startup

Looking for a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for our New York-based client.

We are looking for someone who:

- A senior developer who has excellent developer skills

- Should have experience in managing development teams, atleast 5+ years

- Understands Agile really well

- Experience in PHP a huge plus

- Progressive person with any of these:

1. Has a blog on software development and agile etc.

2. Attends tech meet-ups and is plugged in into the community

3. Is super smart and excellent communication skills

- A powerful work ethic and tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm

- Experience in a startup environment is preferable
