CTO - Product Developement & Cyber Security Initiatives - Healthcare Interoperability Solutions

Our client a healthcare specializing in healthcare interoperability solutions is currently looking for a CTO with good technical background and an understanding of the US healthcare industry. Expertise in Cybersecurity will be a great advantage. An attitude to lead and mentor Senior members is a requisite.

Candidates who have had exposure to start-ups which have scaled up will be at an advantage.

The preferred exposure should be in the following areas of technology :

- Full stack development

- Big Data

- SaaS

- Cybersecurity framework policies, procedure and implementation.

The person must play a dual role to start with. 

(a) to mentor senior technology development team members

(b) to lead the development Cybersecurity policies and Infrastructure

As a Technology and Product development Mentor, he would concentrate on the following :

- Understand the culture and vision of the organization

- Study and Understand the product and its market

- Study and understand the architecture and technology landscape

- Learn those areas where he must understand the technologies in which he is not familiar at Executive level.

- Review Progress with Delivery Manager, Architects and team members locally.

- Guide and Mentor the Senior Members to raise up to the changing demands.

- Work closely with Directors, in US and India, and understand the organizational vision, demands and translate these demands into the actionable tasks and execute them with the help of the team.

- Envision future requirements of Human capital and plan to identify internal and external talents who could scale to achieve an organizational objective.

- Create a culture of constant learning and build processes and systems for a technically excellent learning and delivering the organization

As Cybersecurity Leader, he would concentrate on :

- Understanding the need for Cybersecurity Framework in the organizational contexts and its future. And develop a roadmap to implement the framework by collaborating with a team in the US.
