Purpose of the Role : - The purpose of this role is to create, define, implement and refine the digital strategy for all internet and intranet matters to support all areas of the business in delivering their key strategic imperatives. - Seek internal review, regularly review and report to the CEO and advise the top management on project risks and progresses. - Create recommended future Tech Operating Model, including transition plan - Create future ongoing budget &amp; organisation structures - 15+ years of experience within service industry with minimum 5+ years in the digital space. - 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts. - Experience in Insurance Industry.
