To qualify for the role you must have - - Educational Qualification - M. Tech/MS from reputed engineering college/University www.evolute.in - An experience of 17-20 years driving technology change with a strong hold on embedded products and offerings - A proven track record of leadership (CTO) position in the last 5-7 years - Should have strong knowledge on various programming languages, hardware design technique, mechanical design and tooling, testing tools and device platforms (operating systems) - Should have used and worked on different methods of product development lifecycles(PDLC) and various SDLC - Should have strong connect with leading chip manufacturers, vendors and product companies across the globe Strategic Responsibities - a. Envisioning the company's product and service offerings with an entrepreneurial acumen b. Leveraging innovative technologies to transform an organization's business model, products and services c. Leading the organizations that drive innovative and strategic thinking for the company, such as enterprise architecture, innovation management and R&amp;D d. Holding the funding and decision-making authority for innovation-driven technology investments e. Develop &amp; implement the technology vision, direction, development strategy and roadmap for the organization &amp; communicate to connected stakeholders f. Strategize and partner with the stake holders to identify opportunities and risks for delivering the services, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success g. Develop Intellectual Capital within the team, advice clients, track business development pipeline and revenue realizations, take corrective / proactive actions that enhance client satisfaction to become a trusted advisor to clients h. Align all stakeholders and showcase benefits of the new technologies being proposed Functional responsibilities - a. Working with business functions to understand customer and market requirements in order to translate them into products and services b. Collaborate effectively with the CEO's office &amp; the executive leadership for in-sync progress c. Translating technical &amp; functional requirements into project plans &amp; schedules, organize, enhance, and deploy necessary teams, systems, resources d. Own the complete system development lifecycle e. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency, ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely f. Build quality assurance and data protection processes g. To provide technology advisory services to the organization h. To Manage, train &amp; motivate a team of high-pedigree, high-performance &amp; agile engineering team i. To design a "Go to Market" strategy, vet proposals and approve solutions approach j. To provide support for internal &amp; external audits, validation of solution architecture &amp; support large transformation projects k. Identify current and future competencies and technology gaps within the Business Unit and ways to bridge the gaps l. Helping evolve the embedded engineering best practice, especially on aspects like development methodology, reporting and tools m. Deliver Projects on or before agreed time lines &amp; approved budgets &amp; AOP Preferred Experience: - Headed a team or Part of Team as a senior member of developing a Fintech (Cleantech/Health tech) Product and/or platform based on cutting edge future technologies - Part of any Technology Framework development like UPI, etc will be added advantage - Knowledge of Global fintech technologies and regulatory issues/compliance (Example what is used in say Africa, Latin America) - Working experience with both product and services technology
