CTO/Cofounder - Enterprise Tech Startup - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are a STARTUP based in Guwahati (Assam) and working on an EnterpriseTech (SAAS) opportunity for a >US$ 50 Billion Industry.

We are looking to meet a passionate techie to join hands with as a Tech Co-Founder/CTO who has experience and knowledge across back-end, front-end and mobile technologies with an obsessive desire to build great products. will help us in developing and deploying the solution and iterating it to create a Scalable Solution.

We are a Family Business with interest across multiple domains and with considerable experience in the said Industry. Actively support Start-up ecosystem.
 
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY :

- We are building an EnterpriseTech Platform for an entire industry. A Platform by design creates multi-faceted business opportunity, and in this case FinTech, AgriTech, B2B Commerce, Big Data, Industry 4.0 (IoT + AI/ML) etc.

- B2C Commerce of the said industry has >US$ 50 bn Annual Revenue opportunity. We intend to grab a good share of the same in the future.

- All these opportunities when addressed (either by us or 3rd party software) has potential to generate an Annual Revenue of 400 Cr+ (3-5 years) thereby making us a UNICORN multiple times over.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER :

I am Pankaj Kankaria, BE I.T. (Univ of Pune - 2001-05) & MSc Management (Univ of Edinburgh 2007-08). I have had 1 successful exit from a start-up named ecoCabs (2013-15), worked as Associate Director - ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd a.k.a OLA (2015-16).

This is my 2nd venture in an industry where I know the pain, gaps & influencers and can therefore am confident of building initial traction and subsequently building a momentum.

Personally, I am a Straightforward, Passionate, Committed, Judicious individual with good Problem Solving, Networking and Social skills. I can trigger conversations, engage with people and build relationships very easily.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO

- Has skin in the game.

- Has experience with Enterprise Tech, AI/ML related technologies; Hardware Applications like Sensors for IoT etc.

- Build, lead & manage the entire tech team going forward

- Managing the project deliverable & respecting the project timelines

- From a top engineering college IIT/NIT/BITS/DCE/VJTI/Similar Reputed Inst

- Ultimate Hacker - Knows his way around things & how to solve problems.

- Experience: 4- 16 years

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Work with the Founder in building the vision, team and platform & Shape the future of the Company.

- Develop an (IOT/AI/ML/INDUSTRY 4.0 READY) EnterpriseTech from scratch, including the design, structure, workflows and future optimizations.

- Recommending the technology (ideally an OpenSource Software) to be used for the idea and customizing the same for Industry specific application

- Oversee all aspects of the technology, including technical strategy, technical architecture, best practices & technology stacks.

- Must be willing to code, become AWS Admin, DevOps Champion among others.

- Build & lead the tech team as the company grows

- Should be willing to code and Lead a Team of 3 developers.

- Most importantly OWN the product and become a catalyst of the success story
