CTO &amp; Co-founder Responsibilities: - Play an integral role in shaping the company's vision, add value to the stakeholders and help drive strategy - Along with being a CTO, play the role of a Product Manager and an Engineer - Build the team, partnerships and systems required for testing, trials, commercial launch, and beyond - As a Co-founder be a strategic thought partner to the CEO and help build a rockstar organization - Cultivate a high-performing, engineering-empowered culture To be eligible for this role you will require: - An Engineering Head in an established e-commerce organization - A master's degree in technology/ Additional MBA degree is preferred - Preferred exposure to Artificial intelligence/ Machine learning - Prior product building experience in a startup is preferred - Should have experience of building end-to-end product in any of the modern days tech stack like Java, .NET, PHP, Python or node - Should have worked in one of the cloud like AWS, AZURE or GCP - Knowledge of GIT, SVN versioning systems - A killer attitude and superman like execution skills
