CTO - Co founder - Instiparty (3-6 yrs)

Job description :

The Role :

- Work with the Founders in building the technology team and vision

- Lead the technology team with the right approach and interventions

- Take control of the existing code base; strategize for enhancement and maintenance

- Lead the development of UI, Middleware and Backend through individual contribution and team work

- Strategize and implement technical structure, aesthetics, data flow and performance changes as per the changing landscape

Location : Bangalore

Qualifications :

- 6-10 Years- experience in developing technologies for consumer internet products

- Full life cycle knowledge and management experience of building a cutting edge software platform

- Significant experience working with the Full stack, especially hands-on with Angular JS, JQuery, Bootstrap, Spring, REST, Elastic Search, MongoDB

- Ability to build and manage a team as well as write code yourself

- Great problem solving skills and the ability to implement complex algorithms

- Tier-1 academic background big plus

- Startup experience big plus
