CTO/Co-Founder - Healthcare Startup

This is an equity paid position.

Responsibilities

- Developing technical aspects of company strategy to ensure smooth delivery of business goals

- Discovery and identification of new technologies for a competitive edge.

- Create and help departments for tech profitability and reusability.

- Monitor KPIs and It budgets to access tech performance

- Using the stakeholder feebacks to improve and adjust tech performance and updation of technology

- Build quality assurance and data protection process

Skills and Competencies :

- Experienced with native app development on android and ios platform.

- Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and coordination skills and competencies.

- Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics inthe marketplace.

- Models learning on the fly, experimenting, learning from failures, and sticking with what works

- Relishes and thrives in an unstructured environment.

- Believe in themselves and has some leadership quality

- Knows how to set priorities and make things happen.

- Energized by taking risks

- Experience in healthcare a huge plus but not a requirement
