CTO/Co-Founder - eCommerce Startup

We (both MBA's with 6 yrs of Industry experience) are looking for a person to take on the technical role (CTO/Co-founder) for an eCommerce startup (under works).

It will not be a typical online marketplace and instead based around a more creative idea.

What we are looking for :

- Hard coding skills - Web & Mobile

- Managing website's architecture and technical integration and able to optimize performance.

- Should be swift learner and the ability to acquire unknown skills is a requirement.

- Should be able to build a strong team, handle and motivate them as we scale up later.

- Should also be able to develop other products like mobile apps etc.

- Build backend tools not just using web frameworks but custom tools as well.

- Should be a results-oriented individual, with a strong will - Do it Attitude !!

- Prior experience in e-commerce/Internet ventures will be a plus

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems from IITs/NITs/BITS. (If you are not - not a problem - show us your skills)

- Additional experience will be advantageous.

Compensation - ESOP for now - as it is still under works.
