CSR Operations Analyst - NGO

Duties and Accountabilities

- Operations and Project Implementation support-Support the execution of CSR projects from inception to completion. Coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to streamline the processes, troubleshooting and timely management.

- Handling CSR Accounts

- Managing CSR Financial tracker

- Sending disbursement related documents to Companies Finance

- Managing the Training Partner's invoicing process as per CSR TPs payment guideline, reviewing payment documents, tracking and matching TP project achievement with SIP, preparing the payment approval, uploading payment documents on Adobe DocuSign for TP payment approval of Payment signing authorities and submitting the documents to finance for payment.

- Uploading the CSR MoUs, SLAs, Fund request letters for donor/NSDF and addendum of MoU/SLA etc. on Adobe DocuSign for signature of concerned signing authorities of Donors.

- Handling MoU & SLA signing on Adobe DocuSign/Hard Copy/sending & receiving documents from stakeholders

- Manage CSR projects' documentation & filing work and maintaining soft & hard copy as a record.

- Stakeholder management-Essaying the nodal point for Grievance, RTIs, Parliamentary Queries (PQ) and drafting knowledge docs. for Dashboards, internal circulation & reporting data/progress reports to stakeholders. Annual events with Funding Organizations, Regular TP meets.

- Setting up of IT systems- Ensuring New Gen Portal for utility and smooth implementation, development of CSR SIP Portal.

Minimum Requirement:

- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in CSR operations and total experience should be 8yrs or more

- Excellent communication skills

- Good in MS Excel and Powerpoint
