Some specific responsibility areas are:
- Handling end to end CSR initiatives and programs.
- Devise CSR strategy in consultation with CSR Head and prepare the calendar of events
- Assisting in Projects’ identification and development in sync with the stated CSR policy.
- Establishing and maintaining partner NGO connect and relationships.
- Liaising with Divisional CSR SPOCS to coordinate Division wise events.
- Liaising with Legal, Compliance team for due diligence, process and documentation for CRS initiatives.
- Preparing and maintaining MIS on Details of CSR activities/Projects taken during year, total amount spent, amount carried forwarded from earlier years and to next year etc.
- Regular Reporting on CSR initiatives to be presented to the CSR Committee and Board.
- Ensuring adequate due diligence is carried out before initiating any CSR activity and ensuring they are in line with provisions of CSR Policy and CSR Rules of New Companies act.
- Prepare the CSR newsletters, posters, articles ad reports for Internal communication.
