CSB Bank - Manager - Credit - Two Wheeler Loans Segment

- Run Credit analytics models on the retail asset portfolio

- Identify account characteristic patterns which display distress

- Follow up on early mortality cases, non-starters do preventive & curative actions

- Track for 6 FEMI (First Si EMI's in the loan life cycle) and ensure nil bounce

- Use analytics to identify eligible borrowers for a pre - approved loans based on banking patterns, average banking balance, length of relationship etc.

- Develop scorecards by leveraging on existing database and account performance data

- Validate expert scorecards every 2-3years upon sufficient credit history build up

- Analyse loan performance across locations, develop and maintain high risk locations/ professions and profiles (Combination of multiple characteristics)

- Prepare MIS reports for review by senior management

- Support credit Head in managing the credit functions and in implementation of policies, procedures, portfolio analysis and underwriting guideline
