CSB Bank - Manager - Credit Monitoring

- This role is responsible for the conduct of Credit audits of loan accounts with exposure of Rs.300.00 Lakhs & above [onsite as well as offsite] & submit reports to Credit Monitoring Department.

- Ability to advise the branches in following best Credit Monitoring practices so as to have a healthy credit portfolio.

- Visit Branches allotted to Credit Audit in accordance with the directions of the Credit Monitoring Department.

- Verification of credit files and documents to ensure that the branch has complied with all the sanction terms and the documents are kept in force in all respects. Enforceability of documents/securities should be verified.

- Submit the findings to the Credit Monitoring Department.

- Should be thorough in the bank's Board Approved Credit Policy guidelines.

- Thorough understanding of Credit Monitoring Processes.

- Should possess knowledge in loan documentation / legal implications of documentation.

- Reporting skills/ability to advise branches in following best credit monitoring principles.
