CSB Bank - Manager - Channel Engagements & Strategic Tie Ups - NRI Business

- To engage with channels and various verticals and run initiatives related to new business and existing customer engagements




- Drive the critical hygiene factors like mobile and net banking penetration through channels




- Run separate initiatives for different categories of branches according to vintage/potential/existing balance sheet




- Activate & develop selected nr potential locations currently having relatively small market share with us

Monitor sourcing quality / ppc / family banking/ premium account/stand-alone tds penetration drive them through channels




- Manage nr related queries from channels & run knowledge series




- Branding activities and festival activities of branches




- Running product specific drives and campaigns for channels / job families




- Domestic tie-ups with shipping companies manpower agencies & nr associations




- Special planning & monitoring of nr focused & potential branches




- Ability to collaborate across verticals




- Stakeholder management




- Provide business support for channels and meet timelines




- Understanding of business analytics




- Thorough knowledge of excel and power point and dash board




- Relevant product experience added advantage




- Preferably from tech background with PG from good institute
