- Looking for a Growth & Business Development Head with Fintech/ Crypto Industry Experience to join our leadership team.

- >360 Degree responsibility for all aspects of marketing & growth

- International Focus inaddition to India- Europe and SE Asia countries too.

Responsibilities :

- Build growth and marketing strategy to acquire users organically.

- Create brand awareness and establish Cryptosmartlife as a global fintech brand

- Lead our international scaling efforts into Europe & SouthEast Asia markets

- Lead / guide growth team in the execution & evangelize growth across company

- Understand the needs of both retail and institutional users, and tap on multiple marketing channels for effective customer acquisition

- Responsible for growth related work such as user growth, brand marketing, content marketing and business partnerships

- Handle all digital marketing campaigns & channels

- Analysis of user growth, conversion, and other related data models, formulate user-focused strategies, optimise the process of new user acquisition-conversion-retention

- Market research for related competitor products, conduct analysis and comparison, provide product strategies and suggestions, explore effective new channels and new user strategies
