About Us:

Crypto investing in India has been adopted largely by young Indians. The existing platforms have solved for access to investment but trade execution is a small piece in the user journey. These users are hooked on YouTube and Telegram for news, signals and a sense of community but these platforms are not designed to capture the attributes of social investing like sharing portfolio with peers and community, trading signals, influencer led community discussions, etc.

With Crypso, we aim to build a social trading application that solves for this underserved community behaviour. Users get to see the portfolio and trading strategies of their peers and influencers, join community group chats around areas of their interest, share their portfolio with communities for feedback and execute trades based on social signals.

Founders:

Mr. Suraj Kalwani, Mr. Ravi Chirania and Mr. Rakesh Raman are the founders / directors of the company. All the three directors have graduated from IITs, the topmost engineering schools in India.

These three directors have worked together in Housing.com, one of the hottest technology startup in India back then which had brought a lot of innovation in helping people buy, sell and rent real estate properties.

They had then founded used-car start-up, Truebil.com - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning driven online to offline platform for pre-owned cars. Truebil had raised 20 Mn USD from Top VC firms in India, China, Japan and US. They had scaled the business to 5 Mn+ USD in monthly sales by selling 1000+ cars a month. Truebil was acquired by Spinny in 2020.

You're Awesome If You:

- Have excellent writing proficiency, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and strong creativity in content delivery, SEO, GTM Strategy.

- Understand SEO, google analytics, paid organic marketing, growth, and community management across social media platforms.

- Have solved marketing problems and build in house scalable solutions.

- Are passionate about building social media, content, & community from ground zero.

- Carry experience in crafting engaging narratives and GTM strategy for a range of audiences across different social media channels.

- If you can translate data into creative solutions across marketing initiatives.

- If you have built a highly engageable content calendar across the board.

You'll Be Improving & Responsible For -

- Creating content to drive leads, awareness, perception, via social media campaigns, publications, emails, and online marketing.

- Formulating top-notch growth and visual content for each social media campaigns.

- Preparing impactful digital content - product pitch deck, case studies, infographics, etc.

- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the team.

- Analyzing web traffic and metrics for social media optimization.

- Defining key metrics and tracking the performance of content pieces on various social media platforms.

Your Experience Across The Years In The Roles You've Played -

- As a small team, we're all generalists and continuously picking up new challenges. When it comes to Marketing, we're looking to work with an experienced Marketing Manager / Lead who can pick a problem, solve it, and get it shipped.

- 2-4 years as a marketing professional preferably in fintech space.
